Lime
was originally an acronym for leisure industry management expertise. It
refers to my experience in the travel, sports and beverage industries.
These industries are closely linked and when working in one rather than
another I was regularly coming into contact with the other two. A key
part of my marketing activity has involved hotels and restaurants.
